Who can order from Novera Pharma?
Adults aged 18 or over purchasing for laboratory research, typically on behalf of an organization or institution. Products are not for personal use.
What does “for research use only” mean?
The products are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, supplements or cosmetics and must not be administered to humans or animals.
How do I place an order?

On each product page, in the certificate of analysis section. It matches the lot currently in stock.
Who tests the products?

Where do you ship and how long does it take?

What currency do I pay in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Volume discounts (10% from 3 vials, 15% from 5, 20% from 10) apply to each product’s total. The currency selector shows an indicative conversion to USD, EUR, CHF or GBP, but payment is in CAD.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, by email once your order ships. Some email providers filter messages that mention peptides, so check your spam folder or contact us if you did not receive it.
Can I return a product?
Return conditions are described in our returns policy. For quality reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
