TB-500 10 mg is a synthetic peptide that reproduces the active region of thymosin beta-4 (Tβ4), a protein found in almost every cell of the body and abundant in platelets and white blood cells. Tβ4 helps cells move toward an injured area. TB-500 is studied in the lab and in animals; it is not approved as a medicine in any country.

What the research says

Full-length thymosin beta-4 has been tested in clinical trials for wound and corneal healing. The TB-500 fragment itself has mostly been studied in animals, notably in equine veterinary medicine, and human data remain limited. TB-500 is on the World Anti-Doping Agency’s prohibited list.

Preparation and storage

The product ships as a lyophilized powder, to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water. Keep the powder in the freezer or the fridge, away from light. Once reconstituted, keep the vial at 2 to 8 °C and use it within about 4 weeks.
